The Epsilon Eta chapter of Alpha Phi at Old Dominion University loves recruitment and finding new outstanding sisters to carry on our tradition and values throughout our everyday life. Every fall we participate in Fall Formal Recruitment, which is put on by our Panhellenic Council. For the past couple of years Alpha Phi has been the top recruiters on Old Dominion's campus. In the Spring we hold Continuous Open Recruitment, in which we hold events such as our Alpha PHI-esta, ice cream socials and other fun events that provide an opportunity for our sisters to meet perspective members and for interested women to learn more about Alpha Phi.  This year Fall Formal Recruitment will take place September 23 - September 26.
