Staying true to the Alpha Phi Creed, Epsilon Eta holds its' members to the highest ideals of scholarship. Sisters utilize each other throughout the academic year as study buddies, tutors, and personal motivators. We also have a scholarship chair, who organizes a chart with each sister's major as well as their scholastic strengths and weaknesses for others to use as a reference tool. Each semester, sisters compete for prizes awarded to the members with the highest GPA's in each grade level, new member class, and also honor sisters with improved GPA's. At the end of the spring semester, one sister is honored at Spring Formal with a "Smarty Pants" award which is determined by a chapter vote. Alpha Phi's at ODU earned the title of highest chapter GPA in the southeast region in 2008 and this year won scholarship excellence for our new improved scholarship plan.  Our sisterhood provides the perfect balance between work and play.
